Day off Wednesday…

Fit fyne a day aff. (I’ll now stop typing in doric as I’m not 100% sure how it goes)

Finally got my wing mirror for my car sorted (kinda).

Was quoted, the blokes words not mine, “aboot 250 to sort that, roond aboot that”, I said “oh ok”, he replied “aye, and plus the vat”.

I drove to Overton and bought one for £47 and fitted it myself – jobs a good one.

Nothing of interest today, went down the beach again but alas the sun bade in and I went for a coffee at Starbucks with a friend very enjoyable and I didnt pay for it. £8.20 for a tea, coffee, muffin and a danish – holy crap !!!

Anyway, its been a nice relaxing day and found this, love the song, love the video, just wanted to share it with ya…

Big boys toys on Aberdeen beach

What a cracking day.

Went down for a wander to the Beach (as did probably 80% of the population of Aberdeen) and saw the trucks & cranes in action. You’d think people have never seen a lorry move sand back and fore…..anyhoo took some film of it to share.
